Booking User Guide

Purpose

This manual was created to give port operators, traders and transporters an easy way of scheduling their visits in Constanta Port, using the basic booking form. The main operations presented in this manual are: 

• Add booking

   

• Edit booking

   

• Cancel booking

   

The operations presented in this manual can be performed both on a desktop or a mobile device. 

It is worth mentioning that, when these operations are performed using a public page, there are a set of preliminary steps designed to prevent certain risks such as bot access to the platform or abusing the system.
