Cancelling a booking can take place before entering the terminal. To cancel a booking, simply follow the steps below:

• In the operations page, click on CANCEL BOOKING and  then on CONTINUE – an cancelling approval form will be displayed
  
  
• User inputs the necessary information to verify the right to edit the request 
  
  
• If the data is not correct, the system will display an error message
  
  
• If the data is correct, a success message will be displayed.
