In order to schedule a visit in the Constanta Port, you need to follow the process described below:
- In the operations page, click on ADD BOOKING and then on CONTINUE – the operator’s booking form will be displayed (please keep in mind that different operators may have different forms, depending on what type of data is necessary for them in order to approve your booking)
- Fill in the form together with your contact details (mail or mobile) and the desired time slot and then click on CONTINUE
- please keep in mind that, in order to prevent abuse, you can only schedule a visit in the next 4 time slots – e.g. if you perform the operation at 13:23, the next 4 time slots available are 14:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 17:00 and 17:00 – 18:00.

- Each operator will determine the maximum number of trucks that can be scheduled for a time slot.

- If there is no slot available in the time interval you chose, the system will display a notification and the user has the option of choosing a different time slot by clicking on BACK button
- If there is a slot available in the time interval, the system will display a success message and will send a message containing the code for editing/cancelling the booking
