Sometimes, you may need to edit a booking for various reasons. The booking editing is possible if:
- The truck did not enter the port and therefore it did not occupied a place in the Terminal Queue
- The booking was unlocked by the port operator (e.g. if the product quality is not good enough, following an agreement between the parties).
If the booking is unlocked for editing, the user will have to perform the following steps:
- In the operations page, click on EDIT BOOKING and then on CONTINUE – an edit approval form will be displayed
- User inputs the necessary information to verify the right to edit the request – if the data is not correct, the system will display an error message
- If the data is correct – the booking form will be displayed and the user can make any necessary adjustments and corrections, including contact details and time slot
- Similarly to adding a booking, the system will display a time slot unavailable message or a success message.
